If the product does not suit, please send it back in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving it and we will issue you with store credit or a refund (excluding shipping costs), provided these conditions are met. We will not be able to cover the return shipping payment and customers are responsible for the return. Please note, we are not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit. Earrings are unable to be returned due to hygiene reasons and returns for personalised or custom orders may not be available.

Please provide up to four weeks for made to order pieces to be made or if they are needed sooner please get in contact to discuss this as I create jewellery alongside a full-time job.

Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery and variations in natural stones, made to order pieces may differ slightly from the images shown.
Some pieces such as earrings can be delicate and require care when handling and storing to prevent warping of the silver.
I have chosen high quality materials such as fine/925 sterling silver, glass and semi-precious stones and steel-based beading thread to create Dais Jewellery pieces. They can be worn in water and salt-water but care should be taken for soft stones and items that may scratch or warp the silver/stones.
